i shave with an electric clipper and i have noticed that my cheeks are getting black/darker...i have seen people who shave regularly and their check have the same color as other part of their body. do you guys think they make use of some kinda product that i can try or i am just paranoid

Could be that your shaver is getting dull and your shave isn't as close as it used to be.

Why don't you try an actual razor, even a cheap throwaway disposable, and see what happens.  
Any razor will get a closer shave than any electric.

You shave with a Wahl Hair Trimmer/clipper or something similar? Try a razor as Fish suggested.
