Hesalite or sapphire?
If Hesalite...polywatch it. It's a soft material that's intended to be polished. If sapphire...how on earth did you manage to do that...fisting a bowl full of diamonds??? |

30 second fix. I've had about 6 hez speedy's. Only a couple scratches over 10 yrs.

This is the main reason I went with the FOIS Speedmaster. No way I could wear a non-sapphire watch.

I have a 1967 Explorer 1, that is constantly scratched.
It's something you have to live with if you own an older Rolex. |

Ouch, do you have a physically demanding job where it can be banged up easily? My pawnshop Seiko literally doesn't have a mark on the crystal after quite a bit of use. The stainless case has many dings and scratches though.

The big hazards to acrylic: desks, doorways, and metal zippers on hoodies & coats. All 3 got me.

Try jewelers rouge with a Dremel tool works great.
