I ended up buying some small stuff off Amazon for mixing my own.

A set of graduated cylinders, some 1ml droppers, a set of flasks and some stir sticks.

I'm mixing by weight, so I have a digital scale (AWS 501-lb), (2) 250ml beakers, (1) 100ml beaker and a syringe for my nicotine.  I also use a stir plate, but it's by no means a necessity.

I just use a scale and a few empty bottles. I have a few syringes from my volume days but haven't touched those in a few months.

I was playing around with a scale that measures in ml, but I suspect that the weight to volume conversion in the scale is based on water, which obviously might not convert to vg/pg values correctly.

I found that when I filled the 30ml graduated cylinder up to 10ml with water, and then filled the 30ml cylinder with soap to 10ml and the scale displayed 9ml.

in any case, I am currently using graduated syringes for the flavors/nic into a 100ml cylinder and then just pouring the vg in last.

I use some mixing flask from amazon, and a frother from amazon. I had to cut the head off it was to big, but still mixes up my juice very well. I have syringes with luer lock blunt tip needles. I use ecigexpress for most my supplies and one stop shop as well.  I have some pipettes as well though I haven't really found a use for them yet the have up to 3ml graduations. I just started DIY juice so I'm a rookie. I'm also hooked already. So cheap compared to buying premade ejuice online and not being sure u like it. I have a scale as well may try mixing by weight.

I haven't even been using my stir plate.  I wish I never got it, as it was $60, and that's a lot of flavor concentrates, VG and nic I could have bought.  I mix right in the 60ml bottles (or 15ml in a 30ml glass bottle for recipes I'm unsure of) and just shake it up.

Live and learn.

Yea My frother was only 15 bucks but still that's 3 or 4 30ml bottles of flavor depending on brands. in reality shaking it in bottles works as well.

My wife has a back massager that I've actually duct taped a bottle to to shake it up.

"Back massager".

I got my GF one a couple years ago. That thing is like a mini earthquake. I'll have to try it for juice mixing now.  When she catches me with a juice bottle taped it to, I'm blaming you.

I get that a lot, too.

Set of graduated cylinders, set of small funnels, 30ml syringe (for nic), all from amazon.

I do 250ml at a time, and just put it in the sonic cleaner to shake it up

A 250ml beaker, a 50ml beaker, and a syringe for the nic.  That is all.
