Please post if you have confirmation of true/false from info on other websites as well, since I'm confused. |

Ebay's policies already prohibit the sale of tobacco related items and
they associate Vaping and nicotine with the same. So technically it's already banned they just remove the ads occasionally when it comes up on their radar it seems. |

You listed a device that is considered by the manufacturer to be an electronic cigarette. Based on a warning and requests from the FDA, eBay decided to not allow e-Cigarettes on the site. In other words, too many anti-smoking people have written to both the FDA and e-Bay to ban them since it's an affront to their purity? I do notice that "vaping" items and mods aren't getting wiped, so is that "safe"? As long as we don't call them e-cigs? --ETA: Direct from their tobacco policy page: NOT ALLOWED: Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and components Herbal cigarettes or herbal tobacco (sometimes called nicotine-free cigarettes or tobacco-free cigarettes) Hookah or Shisha molasses that contains tobacco Nicotine inhalers or nasal sprays (see our medical drugs and devices policy) Oddly enough these are allowed: Nicotine patches or gums

something definitely is fucky with the inventory as I take a closer look today. Search for "Nemesis Clone" and you get 2 or 3 results whereas you would get a few hundred last I checked. They are still there, but you have to search for Hcigar or something similar to find the mods. "Mechanical Mod" still returns a shit ton. Also, Kayfuns and the like don't seem to be affected just yet.

This has been policy for as long as I've been vaping. (2009)
Paypal was the checkout used for EVERY juice/hardware vendor website... Until one day the FDA decided it needed to interfere. And that day, every website was cut off. We're just now coming to a head with what the FDA is going to do. Paypal doesn't give a fuck, but the Government fucks with them, just like it fucks with us. If you sell vape shit on ebay, you need to avoid "e-cigarette" terms. And they may be going by a manufacturer list now, like innokin/kanger, I don't know. Every vaping shit seller that exists outside of 'MERICA, LAND OF THE FREE, uses paypal as their processor, without issue nor hassle. |
