IG was 1.055 (corrected)

measured SG today at 1.015
i will measure tomorrow and Wednesday as well
Ok, so I through a bottle in the fridge after 10 days in the bottle and gave it a go:

Head is a nice white color and long lasting.

Aroma is what you would expect of American ales with the fresher hops showing up in a more pronounced way.

The taste is good.  It is still young and could use some time in the bottles.  I shouldve let the secondary go longer but.. meh..lol.

Lots of fruit, spice, etc from the hops and almost no bitterness at all.  I'm hoping that the malt flavors come through more with some more time in the bottles.

Next brew will be an all grain English Nut Brown of some sort.

Definitely measure again over the next two days. No movement? Finished fermenting. Movement? Let 'er go longer.

How long has it been in the primary? 1.015 sounds about as low as it's gonna go unless you had a goofy mash.

It all depends on what you made and how you made it.

If we're talking about beer, then the amount of caramel grains in the recipe and the mash temp has an effect on FG. Then there is the yeast attenuation.

A little higher FG is common if you extract brewed.

When do you plan to bottle?  I would just wait until then for the bottling bucket, I don't think I would use it as secondary...

Good job on the ferment, whatever you did right

make sure you put it somewhere warmer so it can finish out... (something like 70-75-ish degrees)

it was the fermentation trying to go again.  SG dropped.  i know its a bit of a risk but im going to move it to the bottling bucket so i can clean the junk out of the primary then move it back for secondary
