Hi All,

I know it says first post, but I've actually been around quite a while, my old e-mail doesn't exist anymore so I lost my old log in. I am however, completely new to brewing. I am getting ready to purchase a new home brew kit but I have a question about brew kettles. All I see is steel, but I already have an aluminum kettle that is probably 8 gallons large. Is it possible to use the aluminum and not have to spend the extra money (at least right now) on a steel one to get me started?

Thanks for any advice!
