No sure if this is the correct forum, but I'll try.

I am trying to find a stand-alone temp controlled wine cellar/cooler that will hold between 60-100 bottles.  I am trying to be budget conscious so nothing $2000, but also want to make sure the compressor is reliable.

Recommendations?  Vinotemp?  Wine Enthusiast?

Thanks.

Cant really know but sams club had a 160 bottle "celler" on sale for 1100

if you want cheaper w/o the look. Freezer plus temp controller and fan

If you want cheapish plus looks, contact local beverage guys and see if they have leads on a old vertical glass front soda fridge.

Personally Id get a freezer, add a temp controller.

I have two Danby Silhouette wine coolers in one of my unused bedrooms.
I bought both of them new and have been working fine with no problems for the last four years.

They aren't the quietest but since they are in an unused room I never notice them when they run.

Each can hold 75 bottles.

Mine are DWC612BLP but I don't know if they make that model anymore, I think it's been replaced with model DWC106A1BPDD (at least they look the same).
