I am looking for an easy apple pie shine . I would like it on the mellow side am NOT looking for jet fuel level alcohol levels more like a nice sweet mellow sipping apple pie shine .

I thought apple pie shine was mixing clear spirits with apples and spices and sugar to create the drink . ?

The ones I had years ago were vodka and ever clear based .
