I built a six carboy fermentation chamber, and I need a fan to help disperse the cooling from the attached mini fridge.  I really want to use something like a PC case system fan that draws near no power; however, I want to run it off the 120v outlet of my STC1000 temperature controller.  Any ideas or suggestions?

You can find cheap 5 v adapters that will allow you to use PC fans.
