Luckily I was brewing a saison, so it can go hotter than normal.  No basement and temps are going to be hot here, anybody use a cleaner yeast that will withstand 75 or so with no bad flavors (besides Saison of course) because I will likely have to hold off from buying one until 2015...(long story).

You could always try the swamp cooler route.



Bucket of water and toss if ice packs/frozen two liter bottles of water to regulate temperature.

yeah, trying to figure out if I even have the room for that--its just a bad living area setup for it--still would likely only get me down to 70-72.  Garage was a good place but not without cooling ;)

I'll have to think about it some more...
