THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT Here be about 15 fresh sweet cherries I squished the pits out of, and about 600 mL of 190 proof everclear. Did it last night and the cherries are already shriveling and the everclear darker red. I'll let it sit two weeks or so and then add 2 parts water with some sugar. Probably cut the sugar a bit since the cherries are sweet already. Will report back.

It sucks
Not enough cherry flavor went into the everclear. I might need to add koolaid to get it drinkable. |
