Let's see everybody's brew rigs. I just finished mine last week and like it a lot, it folds up for easy storage.

Not much of a rig, my 7.5 gal pot with the strainer. I have Euro keg 13.5 gal for water boiling and big ass cooler
with cooper manifold. All works like a charm.

Must be nice to have an assistant like that to watch for boil overs.
