It's pretty simple. Mix dish soap and water like you would to make bubble blowing solution. Release a methane stream underneath the surface of the liquid and voila, flammable foam.

It's not dangerous as long as you hold it away from your face and anything flammable. The water in the foam has enough heat capacity to keep your hands from getting burned.

add some 99% ethanol to the dish soap and water to have 2 different colors of flame per bubble.
