One of my favorite simple meals is macaroni, and cheese. I have a couple of recipes I use. I made a video to demonstrate how to make a simple roux, cheese sauce Mac recipe. I also may have amused myself a bit in the process of making the video.

Not bad. I figure you should atleast have a sidearm on you in the video though, this is ARF.

You missed a key step for bachelor mac and cheese.

You should have been blasted enough to not measure anything and the roux should be one eyed to the proper consistency.

Cook pasta
Nuke some Velveeta
Mix pasta and Velveeta
Eat

Is Velveeta considered food? I am skeptical/critical of "food" products that do not go bad. I suppose that makes me a snob...

It's not actually a food

It's a "processed cheese product". Kraft doesn't say it's a food. More like an edible nonlethal substance.
