I got a small 1.5 lb tri-tipt hat I want to cook sous vide but needs some on advice on cooking times.

6 hrs at 130F finished under broiler (I suppose you could sear on the grill or in a cast iron pan instead)

My Santa Maria friends say shame, shame.  Tri-tip must be slow barbequed on a proper Santa Maria grill with Suzie Q seasoning.  That is the only Sue that should be in the same sentence as Tri Tip.
