Breakfast that's what. Made up my version of bacon and egg pan pie with just these ingredients. Here's what it looks like from a crappy iPotato. I'm going to have to get a camera...

Inspiration was provided by the BBQ Pit Boys Bacon and Eggs Pan Pie, although they did it slightly differently. |

Bacon sold at the local HEB that comes from the belly of the cow. Tastes like standard pork bacon but much wider strips of bacon.
