Back in the day, for my first "adult" job, I was a baker. I took what I learned at the bakery, and perfected a biscuit recipe at home. I first learned to make sausage gravy while working in a diner as a teen. Over the years I perfected my technique. Now, I have written it down to share with others.

Reminds me more of my dad's SOS recipe though.

For biscuits and gravy I prefer white sausage gravy heavy salt and pepper. Simple and comforting.

Double on would eat though, I bet it's packed with flavor.

I'd eat that.  A bit more complex than I do.
I love Tapatio hot sauce on mine also.
Will have to try the biscuit recipe.
