Cantaloupe was on sale, many were purchased. Any meals that incorporate cantaloupe? I can do sauces, etc. I was thinking maybe using it as a mango substitute and
incorporate it into a coconut milk based sauce, for a meal I like.

Any other ideas?

I wouldn't cook it. Makes a great appetizer when wrapped with prosciutto ham

Eat it for breakfast... Seriously, I never found a good savory use for it in my 20 years of professional cooking.

I cube it up and lightly sprinkle with Slap ya Mama (hot). The cayenne adds a really nice compliment to the melon.

I once messed with a cantaloupe, jalapeno and mango salsa for red-fish. It wasn't bad at all.

I make cantaloupe slices with prosciutto. Fucking delish.

Cook big steak to medium rare,add baked potatoe, slice cantaloupe and use as garnish
