Curry AAR:
The only modification that I made was to use 14oz of tofu instead of 12oz. The package I bought was 14, and what was I going to do with 2oz of remaining tofu? Nothing, so it went in the wok.
I don't believe I've ever had curry before, so I've got nothing to compare it to. I will say that it was (for me) a little bland. It could be that I don't eat vegetarian meals often, or at all. Maybe additional curry paste would have been a good call. I think the creamed corn took away what heat there would have been.
I will make it again, as it is a pretty cheap meal, and does make four legitimate servings. Maybe I'll doctor it up next time and post back with any changes and if they improved the dish.

I'd have done the same thing with the tofu.
The reason I asked is because almost every review had significant modifications, and from my experience with the AllRecipes site, that means the experienced cooks are basically giving a high five to the poster for the base recipe but saying, "Here's what you need to do to make this work."
I like only certain curries, and make only one or two regularly (the ones I make are Thai curries) so don't have a lot of experience with reading the recipe and going, "oh no, that's not going to work unless you ad X, Y and Z."
I'm interested in trying this one.
Would love to know if you try it again and make changes.
