Can you stuff  'em, etc?

Update - Made some trial poppers with them.  Ouch!  I can eat hot stuff but these had me sweating after eating 3 (6 halves) of them. Good, tasty, but hot!

Just saw a chilli recipe that might work with those on cooks country. Basically they roasted the peppers (in this case, Anaheim) under the broiler, skinned them, then ground them up in a food processor and used it as one of the main ingredients. Would be pretty hot with serranos, though.

You could probably make a curry, too. Curry uses a lot of peppers.
