Find a local "heath/whole foods" store. They will have everything she wants from already baked goods to cake mixes.
Most of the online places my wife deals with are in bulk. |

Kroger's has a section where you can find gluten free flours etc.
I'd avoid making a gluten free cake though. They taste like shit. |

The key is to use a little more butter than they call for and do not over cook them. Gluten free baked goods can be very dry if you aren't careful. |

^Make the above, add in a bag of good chocolate chips and add frosting, as close as I ever get to making the Mrs a GF cake.

Wife is celiac. Walmart has quite a bit. The best gluten free pasta is the cheapest there.
