Still my favorite use for lamb. I follow this recipe pretty closely, using the meatload method--because I don't have a rotisserie.
...and I mix everything by hand, because I don't have a food processor.

Aside from lamburgers, bobotie. Got a Rachael Ray bobotie recipe that's a big hit around here. My South African friend loves it so it must be decent.

I'd look up some gyro recipes, spice it that way but make burgers and top with feta, a tomato slice and tsatsiki sauce.  

Had one at a greek place in Watertown NY.  Phenomenal flavor profile.
