I'm going to be cooking a meal for about 40 or 50 people

Bacon wrapped filets

Cheesy mashed potatos

green beans

hawiian rolls

Ive never cooked a that many green beans before and want to do it in a roaster.

Any tips on how long to cook them, added ingredients for flavor

Pry just gonna use frozen green beans, and dress them up with some onion/bacon/butter ect.

Help me out arfcom, how many can I cook in one roaster and how long will it take?

brown some onion and bacon in the roaster first, then toss in the green beans. season with a little garlic, salt, pepper, maybe throw a beer in for liquid. when you serve, grate fresh parmesan over the servings.
