https://docs.google.com/folder/d/0BxjWOiZpLFN7YkltZlRzaDgzN28/edit I hope this works. Upon the suggestion of another member this link is "private". (I'm assuming you need a google account ...Docs/Drive...to access) If it doesn't work let me know. Total size of all files is around 580MB. |
|
After I signed in It said I had to request access?
ETA WOW!!!! Thanks! |
|
yes, because it's a private link.
You're request was approved and added to the list of persons who can access the folder. |
|
Well this looks like it has some potential
ETA: Sent a request ETA2: Thank you, OP. I'll definitely put them to good use |

Thanks a bunch.
I will get the Sammich maker on these right away. |

Thanks but it appears to be empty... It's not empty. It's 586.6mb in size and not public. |

You are all most welcome.
The folder is now "public". In the interest of privacy I've removed the email addresses of those who requested access when the folder was private. Again, enjoy. The database is a 'work in progress' with at least a couple of recipes added each day as time allows. Sometimes none...and sometimes a bunch! |

op, you rock.
for those those of us that are lazy, but want it all, is there an easy way to save everything to hd w/o doing each one individually? |

If you have a Google account you may be able to download the entire home folder using Google Drive which is their cloud storage service. If you have a Google account you already have a free 5GB account all you need to do is download and install the folder interface (resides in Windows Explorer or Finder on a Mac). click on the public link to view the folders. On the upper left hand side there should be a link box titled "Open in Drive". Click on that link, and then go to the "recipes" home folder and choose "Download" from the options. Alternately you should also be able to download any sub-folder of your choice. From there you can use that folder interface on your machine to: Drag it out of the Google Drive home folder to a destination of your choice Copy and paste it to a destination of your choice so you have both local and online versions of the folder Or just leave it in Google Drive Give it a try. |

It tells me that I don't have permission to move the files when I try to make a copy to my Google Drive.
|
|
If you have a google/docs drive account this is what you do to download them to your hard drive.
Click on the box in the upper left corner of the screen that says open in drive Click on the box to the left of title ( this will select all ) Click on the "More" box and select Download A window will pop up and click download again Click on email when ready and it will send you a email with a link ti the zip file. |
