Newb salad maker looking for good ideas. Seen the thread about the seafood salad and im not a fan of seafood, but the shrimp sounded ok. I really like something like olive garden's salad and salads with grilled chicken and not too hard to prepare... i know its basically tossing a bunch of green stuff together, adding a dressing and chowing, but you get the idea. I'd like to eventually come up with something that would be nice for a healthy lunch date at work.

Im not a fan of creamy dressings either...any good vinegrette recipies you's be willing to share as well?
