THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT

So I grabbed the hot plate and set up outside...on top of the UDS

Cast Iron pan with olive oil heating up

cut up rabbit coated with olive oil and lightly seasoned

tossed with some flour

in the pan to brown

browning the other side

covered and on low for 45min to 1hr
looks done to me

tasty brown bits (can't really see them)

A little flour to make a roux

that looks about right

Hit it with some cream

gravy is ready

Time to eat..... side of baked(microwave) tater with blue cheese and a O'Doul's Amber

It's been too long since I had fresh rabbit. That just looks delicious.

Light and dark meat, not really in my opinion. To me its all good no favorites about parts.
