Grilled Chicken Breast Marinade:

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Olive / Cooking Oil
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
5 or 6 whole cloves
between 1/4 and 1/2 tsp basil
Minced Garlic - to taste
Cracked Black pepper - also to taste

Let the chicken breasts sit in the marinade (I put them in a gallon ziplock) 30-60min before tossing on grill. Best marinade in my arsenal.

ETA - this recipe works well for kebabs. I will usually make a double batch, put half the marinade in with chicken and leave the other half in a bowl to brush on kebabs whilst they grill.

Buy the nicest steak you can afford.

Rub it down with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Cook to your liking.

Consume.

The legend.

No need for oil on a well marbled steak.

Finish it with a pad of butter just before eating.
