One place I was steered to was Allen Brothers. I'm a little about paying their prices for frozen meat. Any recommendations?

Did you see my recent thread here asking about dry aging? I did it, and it's not that hard to DIY.

You have to do it on a whole roast, though, then cut it into steaks. I think Costco sells the roasts- USDA Choice IIRC. At least they have tenderloin roasts- about $12/lb, here in WA, IIRC. Beats the ~$50./lb for Allen Brothers- that's steep !
