I attended a first degree last night a few miles away from my home lodge.  After the meal I walked up to some of my friends talking in a bunch..One gentleman might have stood 5 ft. 8 inches tall  but on his lapel over his Masonic pin he wore a Naval  Trident !!!
He was not forthcoming about  his service , but when i said  "Viet Nam"??? he said "2 tours".

I think he just means to say that he thinks it's pretty cool he has a brother who was a SEAL, who he met at lodge.
