So as we're working on the new newsletter, this is the time for you to let us know what you'd like to see included, what you don't want, and any other feedback and ideas. What works, what doesn't work, and what would make it more useful to all of you.

So far we have added:
  • More users - we're sending an opportunity to sign up to everyone that's registered on AR15.com. Sign up on the home page or via the invitation when you get it to make sure you don't miss out on the next issue.
  • Announcement of winners of the Newsletter Giveaway - remember all you need to do is follow the newsletter links when you get it (those that read the web site version do not qualify) and winners will be announced in the next issue.
Fixed/Removed:
  • The background issue many people had with the previous one.

I loved the briefcase AR bit, and I would like to see some sort of political/activism piece too.

I think that you guys are off to a great start.

You have offered specials, featured some new products, and had some cool mini-articles.

I have yet to see anything about the coming zombie apocalypse mentioned in the newsletter though...

oh dear god no.

that's why I love the firearm blog. there's very little political activism on the site.

I already subscribe to various NRA newsletters that keep me updated with that kind of stuff.

All I get is black print on a black background ... very hard to read. Usually give up, not good for the adds. Go to white print like the header ... easy to read. Older eyes here.

Thanks.

It is supposed to be white on black, the problem is mail clients vary much more than web browsers and sometimes don't display it right. I'm me what you use to read your mail, and point your browser to the web page to see what it should look like.
