I'm sure that you'll find that the audible audio edition books are much better than the inaudible ones.

To be fair, Audible is the name of the company that makes those audio books.

I've enjoyed the Day By Day Armageddon series by JL Bourne.

You should try adrian's undead diary. It was an ongoing blog that they published into 8 books.

AUD and Day By Day Armageddon are my two favorite series.  I liked DBDA book 1 the best of that series.

I've just finished "The Apocalypse: The Undead World Novel 1" by Peter Meredith and i have to say that it is a pretty good listen with some interesting thoughts on how things would play out.

I think I am going to give the free trial of this a try.  The series by Noah Mann interests me, I read his first book and will probably go audible for the other two.

The "Dead" series (10+ books) by TW Brown was pretty decent, I thought.

Ok,  serious about this.  An AWESOME series is the Voodoo Plague series by Dirk Patton.   Check out the ratings on Amazon.  I've hooked up quite a few friends with the series;   Their immediate reaction is to laugh at me.   Then cus me when they are on book 10 after a couple weeks.

I'm reading (downloaded from Amazon) the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot series from W J Lundy.

I've enjoyed the hell out of the series. Quick read with 7 books in the series

Description from Amazon :

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is a introduction into the apocalyptic world of Staff Sergeant Brad Thompson.

The radio goes quiet while on convoy in Afghanistan, a lost patrol alone in the desert. With his unit and his home base destroyed, Staff Sergeant Brad Thompson suddenly finds himself isolated and in command of a small group of men trying to survive in the Afghan wasteland. The local population has been afflicted with an illness that turns them into rabid animals. They pursue him and his men at every corner and stop. Struggling to hold his team together and unite survivors, he must fight and evade his way to safety.

W. J. Lundy is a current member of the U.S. Military with service in Afghanistan.
