Wife and I went to Ft Jefferson at the Dry Tortugas.  2+hour boat ride and 30 minute plane ride from Key West.

Just Sayin.

A Medium sized house in the mountains where it gets cold
1 floor with a basement
2 entrances/exits
Perimeter secured via fencing
Right by a stream (with trout)
Small town within a 30-45 minute drive
front entrance has small porch, Back entrance goes out to a medium sized deck, barricade deck/porch entrances for double security. Back deck has small Greenhouse built on it
Stocked getaway truck out the back
Very few windows
Deserted but stocked backwoods gun shop 10 minutes away
Small fenced in Chicken area within the perimeter fence
Lots of solar panels on the roof
A couple of fenced in goats within main perimeter fencing
Solar powered night-visible surveillance system
...
With Hookers, and Blackjack.
