I dunno. I get the feeling that all of the action in the trailer is in the first and last episode, and the rest of the season will be them sitting around the campfire singing, sitting around the infirmary talking, and walking around that town talking.

Don't think I can sit through another 'season' of talking while waiting for a few minutes of action.

At least it looks like they finally found a suppressor.

I agree with all of that........... I like the show, but the second season became a soap opera instead of a zombie action flick.

Not to mention some stupidity in the characters.... Lori is always loosing the kid, a cop passes tanks and Humvees and soldiers and only picks up the occasional pistol and shotgun instead of taking the tanks, Huvees, flak vests, rifles, fuel, radios, and food??? It drives me crazy watching all the characters walk right past an M2


and they took my idea too!!! I used to be a corrections officer and I've said for years that a prison would be perfect, they are modern fortresses. They have food to feed thousands, yards to grow crops, in house medical facilities (most as good as a hospital), weapons, armored doors that even a crowed of people can't break through, generators, look out towers, any toiletry clothing and bedroom item a person could need, and communications gear. I always thought that if a zombie invasion occurred near me I could drive to the prison with the family and kick all the inmates out (way too unpredictable) and lock it down and wait it out for however long it takes.

but somehow the walking dead will screw it up with some bad decisions, and some whining and crying.................

The trailer makes this season look like it could be a gritty, dirty, gory zombie show. It gives me a false hope, because I know it's just a matter of time before Carl isn't in the house.

The comic got pretty dark at this point in the story, we can only hope the show does too. At least with Shane dead now Rick can turn into the cold hearted bastard he was supposed to be about a whole season ago.

Same here.. A little less drama and a lot more action.

Anyone else notice the short haired woman that had the zombie daughter - she was shooting an AK.

I hope that it is more gritty, but I fully expect total stupidity from whorey-Lori, increased stupidity from Carl, no dialogue from T-dog, Glen and farm girl sucking face at every chance, Daryl bitching about people being too soft, and Rick just looking confused a lot.

I like the line from rick " we are gonna have to go in there........hand to hand". Awesome
