Well, Constitutional Carry is on the menu for the 2017 Legislative Session, and I believe it's time to do away with the bureaucratic obstacles that do nothing but penalize the law-abiding citizens of this great state..

Criminals get to carry whatever they want, however they want wherever they want, yet under the current laws, honest Texas citizens must pay, be scrutinized and forced to attend "training" before being allowed the "privilege" of carrying a handgun for self-defense. The clerks who approve these licenses are decidedly NOT firearm experts, so it kinda begs the question of why we should submit to their judgment in this matter.

Time to scrap the idiotic permit process and roll back all the restrictions, prohibitions, fees, licenses and other assorted hurdles to the free exercise of our natural rights.

Write, call and email your state and local representatives and urge them to support HB 375!
