Well sir....

As Chairman I had zero role in the format change that you are referring to known as blended training. I did however as Chairman make sure that we slowed the potential implimentation until the program was peer-reviewed (by Master, Senior and fellow Training Counselors), subjected to focus groups from a wide variety of folks (current trainers, past and potential students) and made sure the program was afforded the proper oversight and review from the committee members as a whole. I also through "special consideration" of the Chair during our last committee meeting, afforded every board member and visitor present the ability to address the committee and the NRA staff with any questions they may have had on the program.

Are you a certified NRA Instructor yourself?

I still haven't gotten my copy of America's First Freedom this month. Should I contact someone to get another ballot sent because I really want to vote?

Have not spoken with yout since our meeting in DC at the 8/28 rally. I lost your card. Taking the time to come visit us at our hotel room was a great touch and shows how much Joe cares about freedom, black rifles, and us the everyday guys.

Joe, it would've been nice to meet you when the NRA hosted us for the IN members meeting and/or when they flew us out to VA receive the Littlefield award. I would've enjoyed meeting you face-to-face as I did a few other "undercover ARFCommers." If there's a next time, swing by.

Keith, but we did meet at the Board meeting when as a fellow Littlefield award winner, I shook all of your hands and congratulated each of you for a job well done. I said great job to you guys as well, as I walked by while escorting the Law Enforcement Officer of the Year and his family in Indy.

That was you? Good Lord - next time, use code words like "ModernMusket," "ARFCom," or "get both" so I know you're one of us. All I knew was a bunch of guys in the aisle seats shook our hands.

I would like to share your hope but, especially after this latest election, odds of a repeat performance seem mighty slim. Good luck to you, though.

ARFCOM has always been well represented at every NRA board and committee meeting.....

The pen was a gift from brother Covertness....and as many of you know is used exclusively at all NRA functions and has signed every NRA resolution I have been party of and to.

My ballot was sent in in February. Just advised the ex-wife on whom to vote for on hers.

We voted for Joe, plus the names listed in the other thread, and 1 extra candidate, for a total of 6 candidates.

We added Owen Buss Mills, owner of Gunsight.. We both, while married, have take training classes with them.
