I would say that these guys will take what they can get.  They're probably not able to rock the BCM upper with an Elcan, Geissele rail, and SSA-E.

The guy in the first pic is Vasyl, other two are both pictures of Ruslan, he's a kinda cool guy to hang out with but keep him away from the booze.

I was in Ukraine a few weeks ago and semi- decent but still not high end Combat boots cost about $50.
In some parts of the country thats  more than a weeks wages.

They are actually 7.62x39 some of those rifles.

I have friends with it in the Ukraine and they are legal but the .223 are seriously hard to get.

Not sure if UTG, but they DO seem to be missing the whole point of free floating the barrel and then attaching that big freaking bipod to the barrel RPK style ...

Ukraine was saying a ways back that it was going to change over to an AR Platform, but keep 7.62x39 for the HUGE stockpiles of Ammo they have ...
