Yeah but I like how the Isreal PM pretty much told him to stick it when he said "Isreal reserves the right to take care of its self" or something along that line, I don't remember the exact quote.

The savvy Israeli PM has turned the issue around without obama seeing it come.
When Israel strikes Iran, obama will have no recourse but become involved on the side of the only Democracy in the Middle East. Yeap. It is an election year. |

Kinda 180deg from what he was spouting before about the whole situation. Kind of hard to posit a position you have been forced into like Obama has...and is just trying to spin it like it was his decision. He didn't have a say, he's just making it look that way.
It is likely that we will be dragged into this shit because of how weak Obama is in that area (soft on Iran situation). |

I get the distinct feeling that BN snatched from Obama any illusion he had that there was any way to stay Israel's hand in terms of military action, so he's going with the only trick he has left: a reversal of policy. |

While the American Jewish vote is overwhelmingly liberal, there is enough of a stir in the community that I'd venture that it will be less so this time around.
