Considering the liberal quest to 'cleanse' our society of any traces of the Confederacy, I figured it would be a good time to read up about China's quest to remove all traces of capitalist and traditional influences during the Cultural Revolution.

Can anyone suggest any good titles on this topic?

Thanks!

Might not be exactly what you're looking for but it is very informative.

"Ta ta, Tan tan" (Fight fight, Talk talk), by Chu, 1963, is good.  I read it a long time ago, but it is still available; used for not much money.
