Hi All:

I stumbled across some info on the English Civil War (part 2, NOT the War of the Roses) and became interested in it but I couldn't find a lot of books/info on it.

Actually, this whole period interests me. It seems like the 17th century never really gets examined. It's as though history just skips this century, going from the Renaissance straight to the Colonial era.

So, I am requesting any recommendations on 17th century warfare, arms and armor, units etc. with a focus on the English Civil War(s) but open to anything within the century.
