I'll say a prayer for him and his family.

Boys, if they can sue Marlboro for cancer and Micky D's cause they got fat, can I sue Miller Brewing for all the ugly chicks I slept with?

One thing I remember was how he would reference his own fight with cancer usually only to encourage others.

Pretty damn impressive. He knew his odds weren't good and didn't let it get to him; rather he shared his strength and positive spirit. That's an example to which we
should all adhere to in our turn.

I remember this as well. I was always amazed at his inner strength and the encouragement he gave in his posts. He will be sorely missed. My prayers to him and his loved ones.
May he rest in peace.

Godspeed John, I'll drink a Duval in your honor.
I'm not one of you, Skippy. Nor am I one of them. I'm just a casual observer, the effete snob upon the hill with the fine wine and the opera glasses, gazing down upon your little battlefield and looking alternately aghast and bemused.

John / eodtech was a huge Red Wings fan. I swear he comes to mind everytime I watch a game and the Wings are kicking ass. I always wonder what he'd think about our new goalie or the up-and-comer rookies taking the ice for their first season.

The image is John and his lovely wife.

Dear Lord.

Two years and I just now notice this thread.

Yes, I remember him. I truly hate to hear this, prayers for his family.

Thanks for the photo boss. Hard to believe it has been this long.
