Apparently he collapsed and passed away while on stage. I've been blasting some Megadeth since I read about it. RIP.

Crazy.
Didn't know he had a jazz band.

One of my favorite bits is at the end of Paranoid on Hidden Treasures where Menza keeps going and the guys yell NICK!  NICK!
