Any suggestions for cool acoutic songs to learn?

This may be a little too easy for you if you are a good player.  However, I would throw in To Be With You by Mr. Big.  

Not so much for the verses or chords, but mainly for the solo.    I really like what Paul Gilbert did with the solo.   There are a couple different ways you can play it which makes it good to warm up on or just practice in general.   You can either do something like hybrid picking or play it entirely with your fingers.  

I like playing without a pick as much as possible.   The faster sort of scale run down two-thirds of the way through, combined with everything else, is fun to play... Especially if you like playing without a pick like me.
