I traded one of my 7 string Schecters for an 8 string Schecter.





It's a really nice guitar! However, the low end is just too low. It'll be fun to play with and experiment with, but I think that for my playing, the 7 string definitely fits my songs better.





It'll be fun to experiment with, but I think I have definitely settled on the fact that I am a 7 string guy.



My 7 string Iceman remains my favorite guitar.

I like a good 12, but 6 courses of 2 is not so out of the ordinary for most players when you think about it.  

But I just can't wrap my head around 8.
