Hoping to catch them a few days after you in WI. Seeing Maiden is definitely my number one dream show. Can't wait.

I saw them in Pittsburgh on the first leg of Final Frontier and they were unbelievable. Dream Theater opened and they were really good too. Thankfully Alice Cooper is opening in Buffalo instead of Coheed & Cambria. |

Not playing in South Florida this tour, but i live about a mile from Nicko's restaurant, so I can see him there. He's always there when not on tour.

I saw them a few years ago at an Ozzfest and would love to see them again. Actually that was a good year for me...got to see Judas Priest and Maiden in the same year.
Maiden has always been one of my favorites. |

I would imagine that he spends a LOT of time on the green as well. I saw Maiden in Denver two summers ago and it was just AWESOME. I've seen Rush down there (I live 500 miles north of there) a bunch of times and before the Maiden show, the Rush shows had been my favorite concert experiences. But I REALLY enjoyed the hell out of the Maiden show. I took my son and we had a blast. My favorite memory was probably when the entire crowd sang along with "Blood Brothers". I've been a Maiden fan since the early 80s and Peice of Mind has always been my favorite era. But I gotta say, I REALLY dig the newer stuff from Brave New World and newer and I think that Maiden is as awesome as ever. Those who dismiss everything since Powerslave are missing some great stuff. Minus the albums where Bruce was gone, I really love most of their catalog. And what I like about Maiden is that they have always been and will always be.... themselves. Sure, they've experimented here and there. But at their core they are what they are and I love that about them. Up the Irons!!! |

I stopped buying their newer albums after Bruce left, but like you, I am digging the shit out of everything they've done since he came back. Have you seen that Steve is supposed to be releasing his first solo album in September or October? |

I'm curious as to what it will sound like, because Steve is and always has been the heart and soul of Maiden, writing the vast majority of their songs. So I'm very interested to see how a Steve Harris solo project would sound different than an Iron Maiden album. |

My 17 year old son and I went to the last show on the tour in Houston, Tx. They rocked the Woodlands Pavilion and those guys didn't even seem to get tired after the long tour they just closed. Will go see them again if they ever make it back to Houston.
