You have to corrupt them early.  My 2 year old is tugging on my shorts "Dadda, I wanna do it!"

Not as glamorous as most others
in this thread, but it's mine, paid
for, affordable & fun.

I took this pic of my test pilot doing a
crow hop. I flew it for the first time,
this past Sunday.

Look back throughout this thread and you'll see I fly aviation in miniature. That's a highly modified and repainted ParkZone Focke Wulf-190. Check the last page of the aviation photo thread too for some other pictures of the same plane.

With as many posts as you have I'm not the first on this website to cost you money. That being said if you have never flown RC before I don't recommend this one as your first. Maybe your third or fourth. A lot of "real" pilots thumb their noses at RC flying until they try and get humbled quickly. I've been flying RC planes for just about ten years now and each time I fly, I'm still learning. Good luck though.

Flying back from a job in Reno we had about 3 hours of continuous IMC between XNA and RDU.  It's probably normal for you guys but kinda weird for a Kiowa guy.

I got to crew for a guy with a Hiller G model,
when I was in college. Chemical spraying
& burning for GP. I helped him haul it, mix
& load his chemicals, fuel it when on site.

That was too much fun!

Yeah.  I'm at 1-17CAV but head to the AH-64D AQC in March.  TDY then return.

An old toy - 1993 Pitts S-1S (Modified).  My first aerobatic bird, won several Primary and Sportsman level contests with it

Neat 'Air-to-Air' of my PANZL S-330P from the weekend I brought it home in 2012

An old photo of the S-1S taking cover from the rain under my father's amphib.  We had taken the Amphib 172 to a nearby airport to retrieve my Pitts from it's Annual.
Raced home to beat some rain.  As I finished fuelling he taxied up to the pumps and the rain started.  So - I tried to take cover.  Made for a fun photo op!
