Thanks guys for the thoughts and prayers. 24 hours so far, she still is running a fever. Hoping it breaks soon.

I need to dredge up my thread about this whole situation and update.

Smoking some Astleys 66 while waiting on the armadillos to make their way into the yard. So I can ambush them. Pipe, bottle of water, marlin 45-70,and insomnia equals a good night.

Just smoked a bowl of Yorkshire 1oz from "The Briary" in Birmingham, AL...in my new pipe!
It's a Calabvest with a flat bottom. It looks cool, smokes well, and was only $35! I am working on getting it broken in slowly but surely now.

Glad you found a pipe your happy with. Love the color of the stem. Wanting to smoke a bowl but it's way to windy outside, and I refuse to smoke inside.

Astiley's 66 doesn't taste right for some reason. Guess I'll break this pipe down and clean it better than usual.

Smoking some Sutliff Maple Street from a free sample I ordered. I'm no expert, but I was very pleased with it, and I can't complain because it was free

We must live in the same neighborhood, wganz. I've driven past tobacco town quite a few times, but never had the chance to stop in there. my local tobacco place is sir elliots on preston just south of 121.

Sorry, I have to ask, but when you say real Dunhill 965, is it Dunhill, Murray's Dunhill, or Orlik Dunhill 965?

Either way, both tasty choices.

An English blend called Balkan. Smells like burning leaves, but has a good taste.
