Yeah I know there were new taxes last year ( I stocked up before they hit ) but man it seems to be out of control lately.

I got the latest Holt's and Famous catalogs and was considering buying a box or two but jeebus the "usual suspects" are really escalating in price.

I know the Padrons have shot up since the "destruction" of this years crop, but come on, they don't use new tobacco in cigars anyway. It's all 3+ years up. I'm certain they'll find something before it's time to roll the new ones.

Even the "basic" go to cigars have gone up. The 'boutique' ones are just getting out of hand. I'm buying ISOM before I start buying some of the current 'trendy' cigars for $200+ a box. Please.

I guess after $100 I start to get wobbly. Once it's $150 up I'm just not seeing it.

Looks like I'll be trolling for samplers of all the "no name" and "value" bundles from here on out.
There's nothing wrong with a little personal baggage, it's owning the whole luggage store that's the problem.

I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin', and hook up with them later.

Of course, it could just be me and my usual auction luck.

It is, I promise.

Unless you're bidding on stuff that's very popular, I've seen those lots go for more than CI prices.

This is true, popular items go way past normal price sometimes.
There are either a ton of dumb-asses bidding high, or C-bid is "pumping".
I don't know, you just have to bid what you're willing to pay.
Some you win, and get a great deal. Some you lose.
I threw a wtf bid of $100 out for a box of Papagayo XXL the other day,
and won it. Last box of those, I paid $140 ish.
Deals are there, just have to stay on top of it.

This is the first time in history that we have had so many people who have no morality, who have never darkened the door of a church. Social media in their hands is frightening.
