Yes. Not good.

& I know about the damn Gurkha's!

It was my last one anyway, I boxed the rest up & just mailed to echo.

Snagged a box of those at cigar fest a few years ago for $100 bucks I think, best of the Liga line maybe??  They were fantastic.

The gurkha rep doesn't like me much because of my low opinion of them.

Ha!

The beauty & beast aren't bad but no way I'd pay MSRP.   I used to grab some for stupidly cheap prices on c-bid from time to time but I have pretty much been hanging on cigar auctioneer now
every other Gurka I've had has been a disappointment except for perhaps the old centurions.

NIca Rustica Last night.
Not bad, good yard or beer drinking cigar.

The only ones I've had so far that I liked were the Park Avenue connecticut and the Ghost is quite good. That's about it.

Last night I had a Cain Maduro

Well, I "worked" from home today (which means I'll actually be working tomorrow
and Sunday), so I just had my first Ave Maria Clermont with a nice vintage of Diet
Dr. Pepper.

Decent cigar, thought I smoked it a little too slowly and let it go out once or  twice.
It's hard to concentrate when it's close to 90 out, the humidity is about 100%, and
birds are making all kinds of racket and doing flyovers.  That always makes me
nervous...

Shitty week...

so

Cohiba pyramid, PBR 24 oz can, laphroaig & a snooty bottle of merlot.

Too many people do not fully appreciate the superhuman effort it takes not to beat sense into them on a daily basis...agreed?

These are good smokes & i feel better already. Watching kung fury as discussed in GD.  it is mindless & worth viewing. pour a drink first

To say I am not impressed is an understatement.   I tossed it halfway through.  Wasn't plugged and burned fine.  I just didn't like it.  Certainly not worth the price tag.

Wow, I love the UF-13

If you have any others in your humidor you can go ahead to and send them to me for proper disposal.

Last night was a Padilla Achilles.  Not too bad, great draw, the burn was sometimes inconsistant but it was a perfecto.

have to get a few Siglo IIs to try out before too long.

Glad you enjoyed this cigar. It's one of my favorite non CC's, and they are very reasonably priced.  I love how they basically ripped off the Ramon Allones label.

Oh and question about shipping beer and mead.......anything NOT to do when shipping it, or anything to watch out for? I too brew and might have to send a few bottles of stuff to a few members here.

He keeps bitching about it (you know who) & I keep telling him to take a road trip.

Also, it really just became drinkable this year.

I am currently exploring shipping methods.

Unless he cries like a baby & keeps bugging me that is.
