Partagas....unbanded and advised that it was a very mature and selective smoke.....IT WAS SO GOOD!!!!!!!
headed out right now to fire up a AB Prensado...will report.

Not bad....kind of on one track but not a waste of a fall break!

Oliva V maduro special

Stack-of-dimes ash, great draw (straight down the center), amazing consistent taste and it's going great with a finger of Jack Daniels after a big bowl of hand-made beef stew and yeasty dinner rolls.

Ain't life grand?

Cohiba Red Dot Toro on the way back from a roadmarch this morning.

Perfectly paired with an amazing cafe latte and surprisingly mild enough for an empty stomach.

The wife made some more coffee and a pair of mexican omelettes and some sliced apples for breakfast.

Life is good.

Just had an Oliva series V maduro not impressed. I much preferred the series G that I had a while back.

Edit: After taking another look at my receipt, it looks like it may have just been the regular series V, not the maduro version. Interestingly, I think I am coming off of my full body kick for some reason. I haven't been smoking as frequently for the past several weeks, and every time I try a full body, I hate it. I even had a 262 that I usually love, and I just wasn't digging it. Probably stick with the milder stuff until my palate decides what it wants to do.

Those V Maduro's are great!  They only come out 1x/year in 10ct boxes.

I edited. It probably wasn't the maduro, but the regular V. This was definitely in a 20 or so count box from my B&M.

Has anyone else tried this.  It reminded me of a ISOM RYJ tubo no2.  Then again I was drinking coffee with it and whiskey and scotch with the ISOM
