I am looking for the GM torque specs for the whole vehicle.I only want gm torque specs.If any one knows where to get them on the internet please let me know. Thanks to all that reply.

The GM service program as a VM is available on Bittorrent. It goes up the 2010 (in some case 2009). All the torque specs are in there. 
Problem is, there is no "list". You have to look at the repair sections for the part you want.

Why not buy the service manual for your car it will have all the torque specs

I haven't seen a GM paper service manual since '98, they are all online.
